Rebate Riders earn $30 at your local bike shop!
We're giving out $30 gift cards to the first 100 rebate recipients who log rides with Ride App.
But how and why
First off, Ride App is different...
You don’t have to do a thing to use our App. No forgetting to start or stop, no syncs or usb cords, just bike rides.
Ride App uses wild machine learning to automatically log your rides. Visualize your routes, earn ride streaks and trophies, tell your friends, and speed up the ebike boom.
We’re piloting the app in Denver to help build the case that ebike rebates are a powerful policy tool, using aggregated data, like total number of trips, miles, and carbon emissions avoided.
Steps
🔍 1. Check our promise. The app won’t share your location, personal info, or your routes. And it won’t drain your battery.**
📲 2. Download Ride App. Find it here. It’s free. Enter your voucher code when prompted. You’ll be set up in 30 seconds or less.
💌 3. Send us an email. At rebate@ridereportapp.com after you download the app. Include: your name, screenshot of the city email with your voucher code, your local bike shop, and the make and model of the bike you chose.
💸 4. We’ll send you a gift card. $30! To any local bike shop! Treat yourself.
🚲 5. Go ride your bike. We ask that you log your bike rides for a month. Do all the fun and mundane, and everyday things you do to get around town.
OK, who, what, where, why?
Ride App was created by Ride Report. We’re a team of bike advocates, planners, and engineers, based in Portland, Oregon, who find powerful ways to bring data, visualization, and insights to the bike movement.
Back in 2015, Ride App was our first project with thousands of fans around the world. Then we began designing helpful tools for cities to manage shared bikes and scooter programs. We’re on a quest to keep building cool, transformative things, and we’re super excited to relaunch Ride App to help justify and expand ebike rebate programs!
Those asterisks?
*Check our terms of service. We’ll never share your GPS location, routes, or any other sensitive data. Seriously. No personal information at all goes from your phone to our servers. We believe privacy is a basic human right and that technology can only enrich our lives insofar as it protects the private lives of individuals.
**We’re building the case that ebike rebates are a powerful policy tool and should be replicated in cities around the world. Using aggregated data, like total number of trips, miles, and carbon emissions avoided, your trips on Ride App help bring data to the ebike boom!
